Since it isn’t the season for fresh berries, frozen, dried and preserved ones will have to do! Here’s my “Very Berry” start to the new year :)
Blueberry, raspberry and redcurrant vanilla oatmeal (made with soy milk) topped with a baby banana, pomegranate seeds, sweet apricot kernels, chocolate hazelnut spread, black currant jam, strawberry jam, zante currants, dried mulberries and a drizzle of agave. What a (tasty) mouthful! ??
